Share A Bun Fundraiser

During the fall season, we teamed with Grounds For Coffee Vancouver and launched the Share a Bun Fundraiser.

Partnering with Grounds was a significant milestone for the team since it was our first major partnership, and it inspired us to make the most out of this fantastic opportunity. The name of the fundraiser was inspired by the idea that for every cinnamon bun sold, a neurally diverse individual from PosAbilities Vancouver would receive a free bun — Share a Bun!

Since we were organizing a fundraiser amidst the pandemic, we had to be creative in how we could distribute and sell the delicious cinnamon buns. Successfully, we launched an online platform for donors to place orders and make contributions to A.WARE.

The dedication and hours that the team contributed made our fundraiser a reality, with the team doing a phenomenal job with the advertisements and website, adding to its major success!

We raised over 700$ for our programming services, and continued donating our funds to disability organizations that needed the support.
